Church Property / Maintenance Manager Job at Plymouth Christian Academy
Overview:
The Property / Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the utilization, planning, and maintenance of Calvary Baptist Church and Plymouth Christian Academy. This is a hands-on job requiring leadership as well as maintenance skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Property and Maintenance Manager is responsible to assure efficient utilization of our campus across stake holders.
· The Property and Maintenance Manager is responsible to develop and manage the operational budget for all facilities including utilities, preventative maintenance, labor costs and contracted services.
· Develop, deploy and instill policies that improve efficiency and enable achieving the Church and School's mission.
· Serve as primary business point of contact for contractors and local government officials in developing contracts and executing facility projects.
· Assure operational robustness enabling minimal impact to daily operations.
· Maintain records, licenses, permits, manuals, warranty information for equipment and operations.
· Assure compliance of all Transportation (Busses, Trucks) to State Laws, maintenance including oversight of all operators
- Develop long term facilities plans for expansion, renewal, transformation
- Responsible to work along side as well as lead other facilities technitions to complete in house work orders
Requirements:
· Minimum of 6 years of increased operations experience, including supervisory/leadership experiences in Operations roles managing Property Management, Maintenance, Fiscal management and Planning.
. Strong computer skills including CAD tools, project management tools, databases
· Excellent People skills, with experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team.
· Ability to make strategic plans and projections three or more years into the future.
· Strong project management skills.
· Demonstrated ability to set priorities, propose new ways of creating efficiencies and guide investment in people and systems.
· Proven effectiveness in leading professionals.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Technologically and operationally savvy.
· Must be flexible and a self-starter, with the ability to multitask and focus on key details.
· Demonstrates integrity, servanthood, credibility, and a commitment to the mission of CBC / PCA.

· Bachelor’s degree in business or finance

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
