As a Child Care Aide, you will care for children in the Play & Learn program, ensuring a healthy, safe, and nurturing environment. You will be a Role Model who fosters children’s social, physical, spiritual and mental growth by demonstrating the core YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility.
A typical Play & Learn program will operate from 7:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.
to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hours may vary based on YMCA Center schedules. Become a member of our team and enjoy the opportunity to work flexible hours, split shifts, and have free childcare for your own children for up to 20 hours per week while you are working.
