Insight Mental Health Group is a network of therapists focused on mental health services for children, teens, couples, parents, and families. We are currently seeking a full-time child and adolescent therapist to work remotely, hybrid, or in office at our Snoqualmie Ridge office.

The professional office complex located in the heart of Snoqualmie Ridge has ample parking, is ADA accessible, and on major bus line, making it easy access for you and your clients.

We Offer -

Competitive Compensation and Benefits: This is an employment opportunity. Pay is a flat hourly rate, dependent on therapist experience, licensure level, and income/client load goals. We provide great benefits too; such as paid vacation, paid sick leave, bi-weekly paid case consultation, two hours paid per week for note completion, health insurance, $250 per year towards CEU’s, and supervision for associates.

Insurance Credentialing and Billing: We have several group insurance panels you will be able to bill under and we handle all the credentialing, billing and collection for you.

Time and Flexibility Providers have some flexibility in setting their schedules. All our systems are electronic, including HIPPA compliant HER system, email, and Teams.

Cross Referrals and Support Enjoy the benefits of cross referrals and collaborative work with other providers. The group provides all the marketing, website management, and marketing materials.

Full Administrative Support Scheduling, billing and receptionist duties provided by the group allowing you to focus on your client sessions.

If you are an experienced WA State licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychologist who works with children and adolescents, we would love to discuss the possibility of you joining our team!

Requirements:

• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Psychologist. Associate licensed providers also welcome to apply!
• Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington
