With its ability to deliver heart-pounding race-car style drifts, carves like you are boarding on fresh powder, or bottom turns as if you were on your or a perfect wave, the streets of your neighborhood have a new meaning.

• Your Job: Your job is to win. We are a competitive group that always finds the finish line. As the COO you will be responsible for the overall direction and operations of our company, including overseas manufacturing, logistics, strategic planning, organizational performance and growth initiatives. The right candidate will be analytical and detail-oriented, and will be capable of managing multiple projects at once while being responsible for the long term goals of the organization.
• Employee Incentive Plan: Equity will be granted at sign-on with an opportunity to earn additional equity at milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Set up the organizational structure.
• Manage overseas manufacturing (remotely)
• Build the head-count. Create, communicate, and implement a vision for staffing with retention initiatives.
• Oversee the overall operations of the organization.
• Refine and update operations budget to include planning, forecasting, management and institution of controls as necessary to meet and/or exceed targets
• Oversee manufacturing.
• Oversee Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Develop and deliver on effective cost control methods
• Develop policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization
• Track and report on operating results to ensure consistent growth and progress towards achieving organizational goals
• Oversee human resources activities.
• Work side by side with CEO, CMO, Director of Marketing, and President to make key decisions during rapid growth phase.
