Zero Doubt Club is a holistic, private & semi private coaching gym and a local healthy meal plan subscription service. A la carte does NOT work. Our experience encompasses fitness, healthy eating, mindfulness, community, coaching & accountability. Our mission is to work with those that have had enough & are ready for results!
Zero Doubt Club is excited to announce that we are looking for an amazing chef’s assistant to help with our meal plan division. We have quickly grown in our first few months and need additional help. Excitingly, we have partnered with Central Kitchen in downtown Cleveland for all meal preparations.
OUR MISSION: is to help our clients become fit in mind, body and soul and in-turn exude confidence, gratefulness & happiness.
Why did we get into the meal preparation industry? Working out is only 10% of the fitness equation. Eating and nutrition makes up a whopping 80% of the fitness formula for healthy results!
Our meals are high quality, healthy, fresh, organic, whole foods that are chef inspired and nutritionist approved. Oh, and they taste amazing :) and our client feedback thus far has been over the top.
Job Description:
Part time (15-20 hours per week) to potentially full-time by end of the year (or sooner)
Consistently help refine our process
Review and integrate client intake forms into custom meal design and creation
Manage inventory
Ensure kitchen meets safety and cleanliness standards
Help with food preparation
Other duties may include but are not limited to: menu design and research, nutrition research and labeling, grocery store or farmers market shopping, organizing refrigeration bags for delivery

Catering experience a HUGE plus- Fast paced environment a HUGE plus
- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales
- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- Ensure appealing plate presentation
- Supervise Cooks and assist as needed
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)
- Monitor food stock and place orders
- Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items
- Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
