GROUP FITNESS and PERSONAL TRAINER:
The Personal Trainer's focus is on helping members “Get to a Healthier Place®” by utilizing both Anytime Fitness and the instructor’s unique individualized creative approach. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic trainer. Candidate must be able to work one-on-one with clients as well as with large and small groups. The ideal person for this position will be able to create adaptive workouts as well as follow ready-made programs, while being able to confidently modify based on each participant's individual needs.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Individuals or groups of clients in dynamic workout sessions that combine cardio, strength & power training, HIIT, recovery, etc.
- Develop positive relationships with class participants while ensuring their safety, comfort, specifications to special groups, and being available for fitness questions and consultations.
- Work as part of a team to help club members & clients have an exceptional fitness experience
- Track session attendees within club management software, keep an accurate schedule, and communicate effectively with other staff & members
- Assist in marketing and promotion of all group and personal training services offered at participating Anytime Fitness locations.
- Keep up to date on fitness certifications; always learning & growing personally and professionally
Qualifications:
- Current CPR/AED certification required.
- Certification in personal training and/or group fitness instruction through an accredited agency such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM. For the right candidate we may be able to offer a 60-day window to complete certification if necessary.
- Specialized certifications are current, if applicable (i.e. to perform Zumba, yoga, etc.)
- Desire to continually learn new principles in the areas of training, overall fitness, health and nutrition such as continuing education courses and seminars in various health fields.
- Experience and hands on training in personal training, group fitness, corrective exercise, post-rehab, and injury prevention are a plus.
- Degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual English-Spanish a plus.
