Shifts: 1st shift (6:00am-2:00pm) or 2nd shift (2:00pm-10:00pm). Weekend positions Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm

Job Description
- Assess the residents’ needs and assist in developing and following individual care plans
- Assure quality care is delivered through the utilization of CMA processes and guidelines
- Identify and communicate changes in residents’ status to physicians, staff, and family members
- Administer medications, and other direct care as prescribed and indicated
- Communicate appropriate information to all staff to provide a smooth shift transition
- Report any suspected abuse to appropriate authority
- Document appropriately as needed or required in PCC
- Push/pull 30 pounds of force required to move medication carts and to transport residents in wheelchair
- Certified Medical Aide certification for Iowa
- Current CPR certification
