Vac Tec Septic & Water is looking to add an experienced and driven CDL pump truck driver to join our growing team. We are a family-owned business servicing the Puget Sound area. This position is responsible for residential and commercial pumping and disposal of non-hazardous waste and has direct contact with customers.

We are looking to grow our company and are looking to hire ''A'' plus people that will fit in with our team. The positions we are trying to fill will require you to pump and clean septic tanks as directed Troubleshoot and repair septic systems, Locate and dig up tanks when required, drain cleaning as needed, and customer service skills.

Job Requirements:

• Clean DOT record

• Class B CDL with air brakes (tanker’s septic a plus)

• Septic experience

• Physically capable & willing to do manual labor

• Pass pre-employment drug screening

• Reliable

• Desire to do a thorough and professional job on all jobs

• Will be required to work outside year-round in all weather conditions

Job Preferences:

• Experience working around utility lines

• Septic install and repair experience

• Ability to upsell jobs and create new business

This is a full-time position which starts at a set time in the morning and ends once all jobs on board are completed. Position is Monday – Friday with occasional weekend or evening work during the busy times.

Pay: $28-$35 DOE
