We currently have a full-time Case Manager position available in Toledo, Ohio. Ideal candidates must have (at minimum) a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma and three years of behavioral health experience, valid driver's license and good driving record. CPR and CPI certifications preferred.

Job responsibilities will include Mental Health and SUD services provided in the office and community.
