Carpenter Job at Underwood Property Management
We are a fast growing company that can offer exceptional job security and opportunities for advancement for the right employee. We are seeking to hire another hard working, experienced carpenter to assist our company full-time with remodeling houses and apartments. We value our employees greatly and are looking for someone that wants a long term home where they can grow within the company. The most highly desired applicant would have skills and experience to complete a full kitchen/bath remodel such as cabinet install, LVP install, tile, drywall, painting, trim, door and window install, light electrical and plumbing.
General work hours would be M-F 8-5 with the possibility for overtime if desired. Reliability, efficiency and the ability to operate without close supervision are extremely important. Pay for this position is $20-$28/hr depending on experience, efficiency and quality of work.
**We do not currently provide health insurance**
