Job Details:

• Position: Overnight Caregiver
• Number of Openings: 2

Schedule Options:

Thursday-Monday: Part-Time (PT) or Full-Time (FT)

Tuesday-Saturday: Part-Time (PT) or Full-Time (FT)

Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight care and support to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Monitor and respond to clients' needs throughout the night.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team to ensure quality care delivery.
• Document and report any significant changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training to all team members.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• QMAP certification is a bonus but not required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Hard Working
• Accountable
• Eager to learn and to be a part of a strong team
• Pass Background Check – NO DRUG CHARGES
• Pass Routine TB Test
