As a Career Development Specialist, you will get to:
- Provide 1:1 training on skills necessary for career growth within our outside of ServiceSource.
- Identify careers and educational opportunities aligned with the employee's career growth.
- Lead classes related to job readiness, to include training and acclimation of new employees into the work site.
Our Career Development Specialist needs:
- Associate degree from an accredited college with a major in a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science, education, training, or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug testing.
