RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Influence Customer decisions, both at the rental counter and via inbound calls * Build rapport with the objective of enhancing our customers' rental experience * Maintain extreme accuracy in computer data entry and contract generation * Be willing to clean vehicles inside and out on occasion.

RENTAL SALES ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:

*High school or equivalent required.

*At least 3 years of experience in a role where sales and/or customer service were key elements of your duties.

*Ability to handle sales and service situations in a professional manner.

*Willing to work a 3-5 day schedule, 5-10 hour shifts, within the hours of 8am to 6pm weekdays and/or weekends between 9am and 1pm.

*Basic computer skills in order to enter information into our database; good math skills a must.

*No more than 2 moving violations and zero DUI convictions in the past 3 years.

This position requires sharpness of mind and a willingness to work constantly. Time passes quickly as there is almost zero downtime. Full time hours only.
