Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team in Park City, Illinois. The Budtender will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to cannabis dispensary patrons and helping them find the best products for their needs.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a working knowledge of cannabis products, a passion for helping others, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, providing recommendations, ringing up purchases, and handling product inventory.

To be successful, the Budtender must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the dispensary
• Answer questions about products and the effects of different strains
• Provide recommendations to help customers make informed decisions
• Ring up purchases in the point-of-sale system
• Ensure products are properly labeled and stored
• Receive and process shipments of cannabis products
• Manage product inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
