POSITION SUMMARY

The Thank You Caller is responsible for calling donors after events to thank them for their donations and asking if they have any prayer requests. Praying with donors.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

DUTIES

• Call donors to thank them for donations
• Ask them how we can be praying for them and for any other prayer needs
• Pray with them
• Work collaboratively with management, co-workers and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

CHRIST CENTERED

• Profession that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior.
• Lifestyle that is consistent with biblical principles.
• Agreement and support of CRISTA’s Statement of faith.
• Demonstrates the values of a CRISTA leader.

EDUCATION

High School or GED. Relevant work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.

EXPERIENCE

• Experience with good phone etiquette
• Customer service
