What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- 5 to 7 years of documented and proven supply chain procurement experience in the OEM space.
- Ability to operate with limited day to day direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Procure in a SAP ERP environment is a must
- Strong understanding of MRP and MRP execution
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Experience in handling routine negotiations, both on cost and delivery, and be comfortable pushing suppliers to adhere to company’s requirements
- Excel and PowerPoint
- This person will team up with and take direction from multiple Commodity Business Managers who are responsible for the overall performance and execution of the commodity area.
- Buyer for the Build to Print (machining and fabrication) and Power
- This is a fast-paced environment, and this area has a broad supply base with a high number of SKU’s to manage. This is a contract position with a maximum duration of 18 months.
