DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design initial business plan for Initial round of funding for the next 5 years
- Market Analysis
- Industry & Competitor Analysis
- SWOT Analysis
- Customer Analysis
- Marketing Plan
- Financial Forecasting
- Design Pitch Deck and Marketing Materials to raise funding
- Create a funding plan and develop an Investor List
- Ongoing: Develop business cases for upcoming projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to create vivid graphical presentations of a business plan
- Track record for producing business plans that get funded.
- Experience with real estate fundraising a plus
- Experience starting a real estate a fund a big plus
