Play a pivotal role in a marketing department that does extensive B2B work targeting an audience of private equity clients and global Fortune 1000. We develop and use the latest social media, digital data analytics, email and direct marketing channels to help us and our clients succeed.
Summary/Objective
Work within the Business Development department at Bainbridge and be an integral part of outbound client communication, relationship building, blog posts, whitepapers, proposal development and case study writing for B2B sales.
Essential Functions:
- Support HubSpot CRM database maintenance and growth.
- Understand key competitors and industry trends and assist in effectively positioning the company's approach and services.
- Assist with the execution of outbound marketing campaigns (phone, print, online, and email) and coordinates with internal sales teams to monitor campaign performance.
- Assist in the preparation of in-depth, custom proposals and client presentations.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Completion of or currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Familiarity with CRMs and workflow software such as: HubSpot, Workato, Zapier, etc.
- Proficient with Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
- Strong written, verbal and listening skills.
- Experience working in a professional services industry preferred.
- Enjoys collaborating with team as well as working independently and remotely.
- Professional demeanor and able to effectively interact with internal professionals.
