Ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven leader that will further grow our service department
Job Description:
- Lead a business development center
- Motivate and manage team to make specific number of outbound quality calls a day
- Schedule necessary appointments to increase overall car count to the service drive
- Come up with creative marketing ideas to increase business
- Compare market prices biweekly
