Come join our team as we are currently seeking a remote Business Affairs Associate to join our group!

This position will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support for wide-ranging business management and business development activities.

Responsibilities include:

· Organize and maintain customer prospect, proposal, and program documentation, including contract and proposal repositories, trackers, schedules, and calendars within the decided SharePoint environment. Ensure compliance with file and folder structures and naming conventions.

· Assist in preparation of proposal and business management documentation, including briefs, plans, spreadsheets, templates, etc.

· Support and collaborate with business development and program personnel on preparation of contractual documentation, proposal and other opportunity responses.

· Monitor government portals for relevant information and opportunities. Research opportunities and analyze and present information in appropriate fashion. Accurately enter and update information in CRM.

· Assist with subcontractor and vendor administration; coordination with teammates and vendors to secure compliant bid pricing and administrative actions.

· Assist with research, analysis, and action planning for bid pursuits, including but not limited to advance recruiting and pre-award transition tasks.

· Track and ensure compliance with proposal requirements.

· Provide regular updates to management regarding progress, timing against deadlines, and necessary coordination with operations and contracts/compliance functions.

· Create meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, and accurately capture information in meeting minutes as required.

· Submit proposals and other documentation in accordance with contract and proposal requirements and deadlines.

· Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation. Train other team members on correct use and implementation.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· US citizen eligible for Secret security clearance.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Communications, or related field and 2+ years of business experience in a technical field OR Associate’s degree in Business, Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years of business experience, OR6 years of relevant business experience.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Ability to work well under pressure.

· Ability to work with different types of people with a high level of tact.

· Ability to work independently, as needed.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including creating templates, setting styles, and using formulas.

· Experience working with MS SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro

· Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

· Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, including Acrobat Pro, InDesign, etc.

· Experience with DoD/Federal Government contracts.

· Knowledge of RFP/RFI response process.

· Familiarity with Shipley proposal process.
