Business Analyst (Mid Level) Job at MARTON TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
Panum is looking for an energetic mid-level Business Analyst to provide incremental project management approaches and support services tailored to the size, complexity, and nature of the assigned project. The work supports various organizational units and executive levels within the customer organizations. Project management assignments may be internally focused or in direct support of a customer initiative. Internally focused projects may include the implementation of business process changes into enterprise systems, automation of workflows, etc. Externally focused projects may involve a customer requesting professional services that involve project management support. The Government will issue written project assignments to the contractor. Project Management coordination, within the current environment, may require contractor staff to provide direct support to technical staff, business partners, management, and internal and external auditors.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4-year degree from accredited University/College in related field: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent acceptable area of study
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst
- Ability to create process flows, analyze process flows, identify efficiencies
- Knowledge and experience inflow automation
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in using MS Office tools
- Understanding of project management, project tracking, and project execution are all preferred
