Bulk Loader/Unloader
The 2nd Shift Bulk Loader/Unloader Associate position would prefer two years of warehouse and forklift experience. The work shift is from 12:00 PM until 9:00 PM Monday through Friday (times and days may fluctuate some). This position will report directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Associate responsibilities are:
- Handle inbound and outbound loading and unloading of tankers while maintaining warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
- Repackage and handling of petroleum lubricants from bulk inventory into 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails and totes.
- Operate a forklift following all safety rules and regulations
- Build orders for daily bulk route deliveries.
- Has the ability to safely load and unload products according to size of load and content description
- Provides good customer service and maintains a professional manner and appearance to enhance the company's image
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Physical Demands:
This job regularly requires employees to work while using hands; gripping fingers and hands. The employee is frequently required to sit; walk or stand; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; and bend at waist. The employee is occasionally required to climb unassisted while carrying up to 50 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 65 pounds unassisted; push or pull 200+ pounds with appropriate moving and safety equipment.
This position requires you to be working outdoors roughly 75% of the time, and handling hoses weighing up to 65 lbs. You must be able to withstand the heat/cold of the region, and come dressed & prepared to handle the elements.
