We are hiring team members that can work as a budtender/inventory associate for our store in Cathedral City, CA. Ideal candidates would have either existing cannabis retail experience, general/traditional retail or restaurant experience, inventory experience, excellent customer services skills, attention to detail, a dynamic team player attitude, and passion and purpose for the business and industry.
You will be involved in all aspects of the business daily, including inventory, retail sales, scheduling and performance, vendor integration, and marketing. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career with a cannabis organization.
Experience in 'traditional retail' is looked at as favorably as retail cannabis experience by Element 7.
