Care, medication management, and following of physician orders of residents and skilled nursing facility patients. Documents accordingly in Point Click Care. We have strong values in hand hygiene and infection control practices. Masks are worn at all time while on the floor. We are a 4 star facility. We are a 39 bed facility and have a low Patient to Nurse Ratio. We moved into our NEW facility in March 2022! All private rooms with bathrooms, on-site dietary and laundry services. Position Requirements:
Education
Graduate of an accredited LPN school
Licensure
Current Louisiana License as LPN
Active American Heart Association BLS Certification
