Brand Director, Corporate-Owned and Franchise Operations Job at Neighborly

Your Objective:
Develop, oversee, and execute local marketing strategy, budgeting, and planning, along with management of local marketing preferred partner/vendor relationships. You will help the corporate-owned operation and emerging local franchise owners grow their business locally via delivery of amazing local experiences and fully integrated local marketing programs.
What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive local brand specific marketing strategies, tactics and programs that align with the needs of corporate-owned operations and locally owned locations, as well as align with the overarching Neighborly strategy
  • Execute and continuously improve the local brand marketing program. This system includes go-to-market planning process, communication protocols, results tracking, competitive monitoring, and proposing local market support mechanisms
  • Develop and deliver local marketing training, updates, and programs for Franchise Business Coaches and franchise owners
  • Continuously improve effectiveness and ROAS/ROI of local corporate and franchise owned store programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key local agencies, local partners, and cross functional teams to achieve goals
  • Effectively leverage resources including marketing verticals, cross-functional partners, and external resources
  • Travel up to 25% for site visits, company functions and conferences

Education & Experience:
Education: 4 Year Undergraduate degree or commensurate experience
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional Marketing experience, including 2+ years supervisory experience
