Join our team! An established and busy collision repair chain has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager in Huntingtown, Maryland. We are looking for that unique person who can lead and work collaboratively with coworkers to achieve quality and timely repairs for our customers.


You are/have:

  • Working knowledge of repair techniques and principles.
  • Possess the ability to prepare damage appraisals in accordance with insurance company guidelines and accepted industry standards.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated and effective management experience.
  • Experience with major Direct Repair Programs (DRPs).
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
  • Committed to high standards of reliability and productivity.
  • Adaptable in your approach and demeanor to meet the shifting demands of different situations.
  • A good decision-maker, with a proven track record of making timely and reasonable decisions.
  • A commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Adept at planning and prioritizing workload.

You will:

  • Develop and achieve production goals and standards.
  • Measure and track quality standards by inspecting both in-process repairs and completed repairs.
  • Assist the Director of Operations in monitoring to measure and evaluate repairs to ensure they are being performed effectively and efficiently.
  • Establish measurements to ensure that all members of the production staff are operating and performing at optimum efficiency.
  • Exercise leadership skills that inspire and motivate teamwork among employees to achieve organizational goals.
  • Mentor and develop team members.
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of the production staff. Specifically, that repairs are being performed in accordance with the goals developed by Chesapeake Collision's management team and the standards established by I-CAR and vehicle manufacturers.
  • Assist in the interview process of prospective employees to determine best applicant for position based on skills, knowledge, and abilities required to perform the job.
  • Inspect and analyze collision-damaged vehicles to create repair plans.
  • Conduct estimate appointments and review the repair process with customers.
  • Use CCCOne to organize production, write estimates, and update in-process work.
  • Other duties as assigned and perform other special projects and/or ad hoc tasks as needed.

Salary based upon experience. All job offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background check.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
