Play a vital role at Kitsbow ensuring that our data is accurate, our numbers are right, and our finance system is always in order. Support your peers and colleagues with their objectives, by recording financial transactions for sales, purchasing, and inventory in our team environment. We both manufacture apparel and operate a digitally-native direct-to-consumer online store at Kitsbow.com as well as operating a retail store in Old Fort, NC.
You must have experience with QuickBooks, and also with Excel or Google Sheets.
We’ll be delighted if you have recent e-commerce transaction experience, but it is not a requirement. We are not requiring a specific educational degree or CPA licensed in North Carolina.
We make beautiful and functional apparel, one garment at a time, in Old Fort, NC. Although you can work remotely (your choice) you must live within 2 hours drive of our facility in Old Fort, NC. We cannot accept any candidates that are 100% remote.
In fact, Kitsbow is one of the few apparel manufacturers in the U.S. utilizing lean manufacturing (aka Toyota Way methodology) where we can and should make adjustments and improvements to the gear we make. We need you to help us make products that are both beautiful and incredibly functional, just-in-time, here in America. We do not sell apparel that isn’t made in the U.S., other than socks and gloves. This is a radical commitment, alongside our work to reduce waste with compostable packaging and sustainable manufacturing practices.
