Bob Souza Jr. Insurance Agency, Inc, an Allstate Insurance Agency, is seeking a Licensed P&C Insurance Agent. As a Licensed Insurance Agent, you will help grow our agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships with the community. You’ll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance products that help customers protect their homes, cars, boats and their business . As an insurance sales professional, you will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.

Licensed Insurance Agent Licensing Requirements:

• P&C Insurance License

Licensed Insurance Agent Responsibilities:

• Commitment to achieving agency monthly sales and cross sale goals

• Working with the other team members in servicing and helping our clients

• Conducting the business and affairs of the Bob Souza Jr. Insurance Agency, Inc. and in accordance with the policies and procedures of Allstate Insurance Company and our other insurance carriers; ensuring that agents and staff carry out their respective responsibilities in accordance with the same policies and procedures

• Responsible for working with all our insurance carriers in receiving and sending documents and binders to them

Licensed Insurance Agent Requirements:

• P&C License Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic

• Timely and reliable

• Proficient in computers and computer programs

Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Benefits

• Base pay plus commission, $42,000 plus commission (Average monthly commission $500 - $2000+, based on production)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic

• After 90 days probationary period, full medical and dental, 401k and Profit sharing plans, offered

• 1 week paid vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks after 5 years and 3 weeks after 10 years

Position is hourly plus commission. Medical and retirement benefits eligible and paid vacation after probationary period.
