(Bilingual - Korean) Accounts Receivable Clerk[1200] Job at KW International, Inc.
We are looking for a skilled accounts receivable representative to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services. This position is responsible for collecting and reconciling current and past due balances, reminding delinquent accounts, and assisting customers in AR balance discrepancies. This position requires performing daily tasks such as making collection calls, posting payments, and responding to customers’ inquiries, including AR issues, returns, and warranty claims.
Type: Contract/Temp Position
Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week
Responsibilities:
- Make daily collection calls for past due balance as well as over the credit limit accounts
- Make daily payment posting
- Perform daily bank reconciliation with AR balance with cash deposit
- Analyze payment discrepancies and make adjusting journal entries
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding AR, credit limit, return, and warranty issues
- Send AR statements to customers
Requirements:
- Related hands-on experience in accounting or collection
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Bilingual in Korean
