• Works with card members in Spanish and English to make arrangements to pay the debt in full or set up the best possible arrangement.
• Documents all collection activities.
• Maintains good relationships with customers/card members.

• Training Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM for the first two weeks.
• Hours of Operation are Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 7 PM, Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM.
• Shifts can vary within these hours, along with a possible Saturday shift, depending on business needs.
