Duties*
Assist by filling bid documents and arrangements to supply these documents to the customer within defined tender deadlines
*Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, finance, commercial, legal and delivery;
*To support the bid and proposal team in the production of customer facing documentation that is consistently of the highest quality and impact;
*Provide advice on flow, language and grammar to content owners;
*Ensure bid and proposal documentation is formatted, collated and presented in a professional manner;
*Develop proposal graphics that have impact and are easy to interpret
*To create and manage a range of document and presentation templates;
*Maintain status of generic proposals and work with the Team to ensure they are reviewed, revised and reapproved as necessary;
*Undertake other administrative tasks as required.
*Provide cover for Team Duties as required.

Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $17.48 - $21.06 per hour
