Responsible for supporting the Director of Wholesale Planning by providing the tools and data needed to properly review the wholesale business, execute channel and account-specific strategies, manage inventory levels, and communicate results to cross-functional partners and Executive team. Primary responsibility will be to produce and distribute scheduled reporting, ensuring that the information communicated is clear and accurate. This position will also coordinate the collection of information from internal and external sources to support in all the wholesale budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities.
What you'll do:
- Responsible for generating and distributing comprehensive business recaps on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Build and maintain tools and databases to ensure accurate business reporting, processing and decision making.
- Develop and generate sell-in summary reporting and track style selling to original forecasts.
- Track in-season retail performance by retailer and product, completing both individual retailer recaps as well as aggregated performance reports weekly.
- Support seasonal buy plan creation, maintenance, and channel rollup.
- Provide analysis to the sales team to support current and future season forecasting.
- Identify opportunities and liabilities on products based on history.
- Assist with special projects and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Responsible for execution, maintenance, and distribution of sales and bookings reports.
Who you are:
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze raw data to draw actionable conclusions.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, & statistical skills. Must know retail math.
- Can communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
- Ability to build and maintain complex excel spreadsheets with advanced formula knowledge.
- Comfortable with working in excel daily and data mining to support broader team’s goals.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $66,000 - $104,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
