Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Benefits Analyst located in Austin, TX or U.S. REMOTE.
Reporting to the Director, Benefits U.S. & Canada, the Benefits Analyst role involves working in conjunction with the Benefits Director to oversee the day-to-day administration of the 401k Plan, benefit plans, identifying and resolving data discrepancies to ensure consistent, accurate and compliant plan operations. The Benefits Analyst will also have an active role in implementing various department projects and initiatives.
What a typical day looks like:
  • Manage the Flex 401(k) Plan and other benefit programs to ensure accurate and compliant plan operations including content management on the employee intranet site
  • Coordinate the Retirement Plan committee meetings and assist with annual Affordable Care Act (ACA) filing process and requirements
  • Manage full suite of benefits for our U.S. and Canada employees, including supporting annual open enrollment (communications and presentations)
  • Collaborate with the payroll, finance teams and other key stakeholders for payments, deductions, and invoice processing and reconciliations
  • Recommend new and/or improved processes to ensure our programs operate effectively and efficiently
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
  • 8+ years of benefits related work experience
  • 401(k) plan operations background
  • Solid project management experience
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Workday experience and Canada benefits knowledge strongly preferred
  • Deferred Compensation plan experience a plus!

$80,400.00 USD - $110,500.00 USD Annual
