As a Behavioral Health Associate within the nation’s top behavioral healthcare network, you will play an indispensable role within our organization. As a Behavioral Health Associate, you’ll work directly with patients and monitor their physical and emotional condition on a regular basis. You’ll correspond with our nursing staff to report patient progress to ensure that patients are meeting their treatment goals.

As a Behavioral Health Associate, you’ll assist with educational and rehab groups that allow our patients to work on various behavioral skills that will help them reacclimate into their daily lives. As an influential caretaker who leads patients through activities, you will progressively track a patient’s treatment goals on their way to recovery.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Prefer one year of experience working with the specific population of the facility.

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility). First aid may be required based on state or facility.
