Who We’d Love to Join Our Team

Children, Youth, and Family Day Treatment Services is a behaviorally based program designed to assist children, youth, and families in stabilizing being in their homes and communities by 1) providing appropriate treatment interventions, 2) teaching needed skills and 3) assisting parents in employing behavior management skills in the home. CYF Day Treatment has 2 tracks 1) Elementary and 2) Adolescents

The Behavior Aide role is a vital position to our Valley communities as they ensure excellent quality care and help children succeed when returning to school, home, and the community. Job responsibilities include close supervision of adolescents, supporting clients through emotional or behavioral crisis utilizing skills, assisting with behavior management, and assisting with van driving. A candidate should have:

  • High school diploma
  • Current driver's license
  • Experience working with children in the behavioral health field (Preferred)
