Job Description:

The day starts at 7:00 with setting up chair, umbrellas, kayaks and paddleboards. Usually takes about 2 hours to get done. After set up we go into customer service mode where we are checking in guest, helping guests with coolers and beach items, and showing guest to their location on the beach. Developing relationships with guest is integral part of this industry. Then around 4:00 all the chairs and umbrellas get packed back up for the day. Besides a daily pay and commission, tips can be made by having relationships with the guest.

Pay: Anywhere from 30,000-40,000 in 8 months.

Bonus: Up to 2,500 in November if one completes the entire beach season.

Benefits: Health Insurance stipend available for employees the have been with the company for minimum of 1 beach season.

Job Requirements:

Lifeguard Certification:(Course date to be announced)

Must be punctual

Must be able to carry 90 plus pounds

Must be able to swim

Must have reliable transportation

Must enjoy the sun
