Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering inbound calls in a professional manner and setting appointments for prospective clients.
- Respond to internet leads through our CRM with pre-edited email templates.
- Log customer information into the dealerships database and follow up accordingly.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Identify strategies to improve customer service process and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements include:
- Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
- Proven experience at building relationships and working in teams.
- Live within a reasonable commuting distance
- Tenacious yet professional follow up on customer inquiries
- Background in sales helpful but not required
- Bilingual preferred
