Our Kids love us, and we love our Kids and their families! is seeking for qualified BCBA to provide services for children. Job Summary Is responsible for the evaluation, reevaluation, development and treatment of medically prescribed therapy services, in order to achieve maximum developmental potential, functional gains and independence. The therapist must be able to work independently, as well as, in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient‘s functional needs. Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Maintains good client relations with facilities and their staff. This job requires that therapist provide services at the clinic, school and home within 5 miles.
Duties/Responsibilities
Complete and/or Review Individual Behavioral Plans for each client.
Develop a child-specific behavior plan in accordance with the principles of ABA.
Analyze and summarize results of assessments and graphs results as needed
Continuously conduct weekly reviews of data to ensure that treatment is effective.
Complete and submit documentation in a timely matter to our billing agency
Provide supervision to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) working with clients.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed.
Education/Experience:
Master’s degree (BCBA).
