Bartender/Server - The Agency Kitchen and Bar Job at Paragon Village
The Agency Kitchen and Bar at Paragon Village 12 are in need of part-time to full-time Bartenders to add to our team!
Previous server experience is a must, and previous bartending experience is definitely preferred, and will get your app moved to the front of the line.
Compensation in the form of tipped employee's hourly, and guest tips...Industry Standard

Job Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with guests
- Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
- Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
- Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
- Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
- Complete all side work before, during and after shift
- Other duties as requested
