AVALON is a high-copacity multi-purpose venue that hosts events throughout the week and club events on weekends. We are looking for outstanding talent to add to our fantastic team. If you think you have what it takes, we would love to hear from you TODAY!
Requirements:
- Available weekdays, weekends, and late nights
- MUST be able to work fast for long hours
- Outgoing personality, strong team player, quick and consistent
- Can move at a quick pace for 5+ hours
- Comfortable working in a loud environment
- Attention to detail
- An "Of Service" mindset
- Calm under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages for guests in a timely manner and up to standards
- Ensure consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
- Exercise good judgments in determining potentially intoxicated guests
- Maintain good coordination while preparing and serving orders quickly
- Interact with guests and patrons
- Ensure all working areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition at all times
