Responsibilities:
The Highlands is currently looking for new Baristas to join our team. The Barista is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the many perks that come with working at an amazing resort. You will be responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, maintaining the café, and running the cash register.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
- Order, receive, or stock supplies and retail products.
- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
- Receive and process customer payments.
- Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, or bagels.
- Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.
- Take out the garbage.
- Create signs to advertise store products or events.
- Prepare and serve menu items such as sandwiches or salads.
- Set up or restock product displays.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No experience is required, we are willing to train
- Must be willing to learn and be reliable
- Must have SafeServ Certification or be able to obtain one after being hired
- Single Bed, no pets. If interested, inquire during job interview
