Bankruptcy Associate Job at TEC Group INC
Attorney with 2-5 years of commercial litigation experience involving Chapter 11, financial reorganization, and creditors' rights. Drafting complaints, answers, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and briefs. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work directly with a team, and experience interacting with clients. A bankruptcy clerkship is a plus. Must be barred in NJ and NY.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
