General Position Summary:
Position provides administrative and clerical support to the assigned areas within Member Services, including but not limited to, those programs and their respective sport committees.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
Produces program reports (such as usage, registration counts, attendance, etc.) at the request of managers, committee leads and others.
Ensures Athletic Policy is applied in member and employee assistance and club programming webpage creation.
Investigates Northstar bugs and issues through reporting, communicating and meeting with Northstar Support; followed by testing and sharing results with affected parties, mostly internal.
Administrative projects as requested (i.e., training manuals, editing text, spreadsheet creation)
Executes member reservation cancellations and communication in times of inclement weather or other club closures.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This is a non-supervisory role.

Ability and skill to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and members.
Specific Job Ability:
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Business, Recreation Management or a related field, or the equivalent in education, training, and experience.

- Creates free and fee-based activity reservations, events, classes, camps, leagues, and open plays using Northstar, the club's management software.
- Organizes the Northstar reservation system in an efficient and user-friendly layout and process.
- Maintains club reservation system by facilitating updates and edits as requested by department managers and supervisors.
- Assists with maintaining accurate, up to date information on the club website.
- Reviews and edits the seasonal program guide for dates, days of the week, prices, and description.
- Adjusts pricing and bills club programming in Northstar on a monthly basis and more frequently if needed.
- Inputs and updates automatic email confirmations for member reservations.
- Reports program and reservation system updates to At Your Services and/or Member Services teams.
- Assists with running tests for Northstar system updates, pilot programs and other projects.
- Organizes and maintains team's/department’s folders, documents, and meeting notes.
- Maintains and effectively utilizes the team project tracking system.
- Assists employees in other departments with demonstrated Northstar expertise.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the department manager or supervisor.
- Participates in all club-related trainings, classes and applicable departmental meetings.

- This is an office position that requires extensive sitting and standing.
- Role will have extended time in front of a computer or laptop.
