Advanced Reporting, a subsidiary of Maps Credit Union, is a Consumer Reporting Agency that offers clients customized and comprehensive background screening and credit reporting services for employment, tenant, volunteer, and business-to-business solutions.

Advanced Reporting seeks a Background Screening Processor to deliver exceptional service to our customers, vendor partners, co-workers, and the consumers we screen by preparing complete and accurate consumer reports in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform background screening functions such as identity validation, jurisdiction selection, database locators, public record searches, verifications, driving records, and credit reports with competence and measurable success.
• Keep accurate and current records of all screening activity, such as correspondence with clients, consumers, vendors, co-workers, and status updates.
• Read, analyze, and interpret operational documents, policies, procedures, and regulations. Apply knowledge of the screening industry, credit granting, hiring process, leasing/rental process, and online research.
• Utilize advanced computer skills, including the use of online search tools, web-based conferencing, web-based communication systems, word processing and spreadsheet software applications, and email.
• Maintain the highest level of integrity to ensure compliance and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualified candidates must have the highest level of ethical behavior, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of customer service and general office experience. Candidates with prior background screening experience are preferred. Must be bondable.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination preferred.

Starting Pay Range is $16.60 - $24.89 per hour, depending on experience.
