Job Summary

This position includes serving guests in our kitchen area on a daily basis. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be on your feet for prolonged periods of time. Must be cheerful, enthusiastic and excited about giving our guests REMARKABLE Service! Must be able to work in multiple stations. Including but not limited to filleting, breading and pressure cooking chicken, and fries. Kitchen employees report directly to the management on duty and must be willing to follow instructions with a sense of urgency and a great attitude, working quickly and efficiently multi-tasking when needed.

Hours of operation are from 6:30am – 9:00pm, Monday – Saturday.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Exhibits care for guests and each other all day every day
• Strives to maintain a healthy working relationship with the team
• Upholds all policies and quality standards
• Takes initiative to assist the team
• Preparing food
• Keeping work areas clean
• Filleting and breading chicken
• Cleaning back of house dishes and equipment
