REQUIREMENTS:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Clean driving record

· Strong automotive background

· Strong teamwork skills

· Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

*ASE or OEM Certification (any make) is a bonus

*Automotive Technology degree is bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform multi point inspections and recommend work to be performed

· Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership

· Test-drive vehicles

· Communicate with Service Advisor so that customers can be informed of any additional service recommendations and so customers can be aware of time and cost estimates.

· Utilize video inspections so that customers can see and hear the condition of the different components of their car.

· Perform manufacturer recommended maintenance services including tires, brakes, alignments, tune-ups, etc.

· Complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.

· Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

Established in 1969, Vic Bailey Automotive is a family-owned and operated dealership group in Spartanburg, SC. The group includes Ford, Lincoln, Mazda, Subaru, Honda, and Volkswagen. There is a collision center located on the Mazda Subaru campus.
