Automotive Shop Foreman
A Leonard Automotive Shop Foreman is a highly motivated, detail-oriented, individual who has a passion for quality work and taking care of the customer!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- A Customer service focus.
- Some experience with vehicle accessories and installations.
- Strong Mechanical skills
- Good driving record.
- Hard worker who takes pride in a job well done.
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company. This position is a stepping stone within the organization!
- Complete installations of aftermarket accessories on customers’ vehicles.
- Conduct necessary repairs and inspect vehicles to ensure accuracy and soundness.
- Clean and maintain the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
- Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and company records.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current industry standards and best practices.
- Paint and body experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of aftermarket truck accessories
- Experience with spray-in bed liners preferred but not required
