Job Responsibilities of an Automotive Sales Manager:
- Structure deals
- Close deals
- Confirm appointments
- Train and manage our team of Product Specialists
- Meet/exceed set CSI standards
- Meet/exceed dealership performance goals
Requirements of an Automotive Sales Manager:
- Proven 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
- Import experience is a real plus, but it is not necessary
- VAuto (Provision) expert
- Great Work Ethic
- Must have good closing skills
- Superior communication and customer service skills
