Automotive Biller- Willing to Train Job at Lexus of Wayzata
The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Biller. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Lexus of Wayzata, the Automotive Biller ensures the correct flow of documents from the Finance Department.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, set up receivables/liabilities and calculates sales commissions.
- Process pay-off checks for trade-ins
- Process dealer trades in and out
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process.
- Reconciles various General ledger schedules
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent- required
- CDK experience- preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently, remain flexible, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- required
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local/law regulations- required
- 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy- required
