We’re seeking an Auto Repossession Supervisor to join our growing Central Operations Department within our Call Center in Charlotte, NC! This role will report directly to the Centralized Operations Manager and provide leadership and management oversight of several centralized operations team members. You will have a team of direct reports to oversee the daily operations of Auto Repossessions, Debt Settlements, Insurance Claims and Account Maintenance processing. In this capacity, the individual will play an integral role in the daily production, performance management, oversight, and maintaining quality standards. The successful candidate will handle staff scheduling, staff performance, and overall performance of assigned operations, while maintaining adherence to regulations and company policies. Ensure SLA's, business objectives and productivity standards are met by accurately assessing performance.- Coach and develop team members on areas of improvement.
- Responsible for ensuring department standards, policies, procedures and goals are achieved.
- Oversee productivity of operations teams and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor workflow to ensure the highest levels of efficiencies.
- Ability to understand and lead multiple operations at one time.
- Complete performance reporting.
- Support internal control testing and and/or internal audit needs.
- Participates in the development and/or delivery of training as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 2-3 years of operations, call center or financial services experience.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- An individual who takes a lead by example approach in working with team members.
- Motivated and goal oriented with a high level of initiative and works well in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong oral, written, influential communication and presentation skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Operates at the highest level of integrity and takes an open approach to leading.
- Continuous and effective team leadership skills with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to teach and motivate others.
